I own the 10 piece Wolfgang Puck Stainless Steel cookware. Everything I cook sticks. What am I doing wrong?

I have tried everything to cook with these and everything sticks. I have used non-stick items, such as Pam, er or Oils.. Nothing works.. Am I doing something wrong?
