Can using saliva as lubricant, affect the sperm quality?

I'm not sure about the saliva, but I know KY can effect sperms motility. My husband & I tried pre- seed & got pregnant the first month using it... we had been trying to conceive for almost a year! I highly recommend it and it's only like $16. Good luck baby making!!
