Any local Wisconsin bands looking for 16 year old male vocalist?

I'm 16 years old and live in Hillsboro, WI. I've never been in a band, but I've been looking to join or start one. I can sing fairly well, and i would prefer some form of rock (punk, metal, regular rock, etc.). I do clean vocals (meaning no scream or growl, but I'm ok with profanity) and I can't scream or growl. I'm looking for something nearby and not too serious, more casual. I was just wondering if there are any looking for a vocalist or looking to start a band nearby and around my age?
