Im FAT!!! But i have swum before for other teams.Im 18 and close if not over 250 lbs and just over 6 feet tall. Will Weight training before swim practice every day help me lose 50 pounds by the new year??? I also want to include a healthy eating regimen for a swimmer such as a fruit smoothie every day for breakfast, some veggies for lunch and a small dinner along with 10 8oz glses of water a day.
