Upstate New Yorkers have you read this?

I feel so sorry for Upstate New Yorkers. All the fat cats in Manhattan make all the rules for a place they don't even live in. I know some people who live in Northern NY in the Adirondack Park. They have an agency of the NY elites that have oppressed those living there so much that no businesses would even attempt to head up there because of the restrictions this agency places on them. Sad for those people. Such a beautiful place with so much potential! Yet, I guess they have prisons in nearly every town. Plus, they are taxed to death! Doesn't make much sense.
