Xbox360 game decision. Dead or Alive 4 or Soul Calibur 4?

Hey guys im planning on heading to gamestop this weekend to buy a new game for my xbox360. i was wondering if i should purchase Dead or Alive 4 or Soul Calibur 4 and why which one is better than the other. I have played previous installments of both games and i like them both, but im only going to buy one of these right now. What do you guys think? Whats your opinions?
