What should I do with my Certain Teed shingle problem?

I have had these shingles on for 3 years and every gust of wind over 40 mph will blow few shingles off. One guy put them on wrong, and we have had a insurance claim to re roof half the house, and had it done right this time, but their still coming off, just in smaller batches. I found out there is a cl action law suit against the shingle company, but I do not know if it includes us. What should I do?
