Some kind of a removable adhesive for a car in Arizona?

I am mounting an mp3 player in my car. I am going to put it up behind the steering wheel but I have to wrap my AC adapter wire around a part of the dashboard in order to not have it hanging and swinging all over the place. All in all the it will be about 2.5 feet of wire. I am looking for something to both, be able to stick the wire to, as well as remove the sticky stuff later if I decide to sell the car...Any suggestions?
