(long story) What do I do?

Okay...so. I was at my district elementary school's fundraising carnival last weekend volunteering. A lot of the other teenagers in my neighborhood work there, so I usually see the same group every year. I recently got a haircut which everyone (and when I say that I do mean EVERYONE) has been complimenting me on, even strangers. I guess my have finally appeared too, which I've been trying my best to cover up with T-shirts all the time, to no avail. Anyways...I'm kind of rambling...this guy I know who has been relatively friendly with me for the whole school year was working there as usual. (we shall call him friendly). When I came up to his station to get a slushie, he waved enthusiastically to me and complimented my haircut, not even acknowledging my friend who was next to me. I said thanks and bustled away, nervous about this sudden extra attention from him. When I got back to my station, I realized I had forgotten a straw, so I went back and stood in line. Friendly saw me in line, looked me up in down in that checkyouty way, and called me up to the stand (I cut in line :( ). He gave me the straw and told me to have fun with it (????) whilst staring at my s. I scuttled away. He has also been kinda too nice to me at school...what do I do without seeming frigid but not slutty either? I kinda like this attention though...Btw I'm 16.5 :)
