Kitten trouble; can you help us?

heya i no u dnt think it worm but it really sound lik them, as soon a the kitten eat the worm inside him eat it all up so he wants mre food i would worm the kitten just to make sure and if tht doesnt work just bring him to the vet and tell them what is goin on hope this helps :)
