Is it possible to have a polygon with an area of 15 and a perimeter of 16 that is not a 3 x 15 rectangle?

A question on my sister's (6th grade) math homework wants us to find 2 polygons for each set of areas and perimeters. she has been trying to find the second one for literally over an hour and, I have to admit, I've been stumped too. Is the question flawed, or is there some really obvious answer we've somehow managed to miss?
