How can one ertively put someone else in his or her place?

You're giving her exactly what she wants, by posting this question, and by responding to her. She doesn't "win" by hurting you.... she "wins" by successfully engaging you in her sick battle. Keep that in mind, and don't engage. Block her and forget about her.
