It sounds like you have some good tools to use against your son's mom. I think the best tool would be to have your son state he doesn't want to live with her. I'm sure she'd probably deny the boyfriend is around if you used his past against her, but it is worth a shot, it still shows the kind of people she ociates with. I don't have any legal back ground, but best of luck man. I hope you get your son out of that lousy place.
